Welcome home.
There wasn’t a single moment when it all came together—no lightning strike of clarity, no perfectly sketched-out plan. Instead, the pieces of my work took shape slowly, over many years, across different places, and through seasons of movement and stillness.
Photography came first, although it wasn’t something I initially set out to build—it happened organically. In 2009, I picked up a camera in the San Francisco Bay Area, and without realizing it, began documenting the lives of others. Engagements turned into weddings, weddings became family portraits, which opened doors to product photography, real estate shoots, birthdays, and corporate events. Hundreds of projects, each one a quiet and intentional collaboration, and many friendships formed along the way.
Elsewhere in my life, a different kind of creation was unfolding. I started building brands—first my own, and then for others. By 2016, I found myself deeply involved in brand development and digital marketing. I’d study a business, find its voice, and craft strategies to bring that vision to life. My work spanned brand development, social media strategy, content creation, blogging, website design, email marketing, and direct-mail campaigns, across various industries, audiences, products, and services.
In 2021, still living in California, we began investing in real estate. We stumbled upon the Boardman area near Youngstown, Ohio, and purchased our first property sight unseen—guided solely by photos and FaceTime calls. We managed everything remotely, building our local team from afar. After closing on that first property, my husband and I flew out to tackle the remodel ourselves; he managed construction, while I led design and project management. With each subsequent property, we repeated the journey, turning it into a cross-country adventure—driving over 2,500 miles each way, exploring new places, and reconnecting with friends along the route.
Around that same time, I began curating and selling home and lifestyle accessories designed to bring a sense of calm and positive energy into everyday life. Bracelets, earrings, and keychains with thoughtful messages; journals, incense kits, and objects that invited intention and small rituals—items not just meant for decoration, but for the quiet sense of grounding it might offer, or the simple reminder that all is well.
In late 2024, we made the bold decision to move to Ohio. It felt like something was telling us that this was where we belonged for the next chapter of our lives. So we packed everything and, in the same fashion, made a road trip out of it - but this time, it was a one-way route. Every state we crossed filled us with excitement. Every mile crossed erased any doubt about the move. Every time zone change felt like we were getting closer and closer to home.
Ohio welcomed us with lush landscapes showing but a faint hint of leaves turning. Our home was everything we expected it to be and more (yes, we also bought it sight unseen). The following weeks felt like we were living in a storybook. Fall went into full swing and the maple trees surrounding us turned into yellow, orange, and then a bright red - a sight that felt unreal to wake up to each morning.
A few months after we’d settled, I began considering how to reestablish the separate businesses I’d built over the years. But this time, something felt different. The path forward became clear: they didn’t need to remain separate. They could all sit under one home—because in truth, each complemented the others, tied in the same values: a love for people, a love for beauty, a love for peace and calm.
